My dear cousin Reggie…We hadn’t spoken in so many years and in April we caught up for over an hour all the way back to my childhood. I thank God for that call because only He knew we were saying goodbye. The foundation of who I am was learned in the home that raised you in Sarasota, Florida. I have carried those lessons with me my entire life. Understanding what it meant to be a Major and the responsibility that came with carrying that name.
