Dear Taylor-Crenshaw & Warren Family,
We were very sad to hear about the loss of La Vivian. We wanted to reach out and let you know that you’re in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. At a time like this, your faith will be challenged. Hold strong to your faith. Being the strong Christians that you are has its advantages, especially during this time. Remember, God sets His own timeline for all of us.
May the Lord’s grace and compassion be your rock and give you inner peace. God is good and He is always right by your side. He hears and answers every prayer at the right time.
Remember the good times you shared with La Vivian throughout the years. Hold on to those precious memories. We’re sure that she has left a beautiful Legacy behind through the many lives that she touched. Her presence is in your heart and other hearts, as well. It will live on for years to come. You will miss her but; you will never forget her disposition, loving, sweet character and brilliance. We believe that she truly loved you guys. Her light shines on forever through you. I remember calling her Baby Two Steps when she was a toddler. She was so adorable and loving.
Countless times throughout the days ahead, you will find yourself remembering her. Although you can no longer see or hear her, know that she is not gone. She is just further down the path than the rest of us. Try to think of it this way… Heaven just received a “new angel”. When you think that you’re at the end of your rope… just tie a knot and hold on with all your strength. Time is the greatest healer there is in life. Celebrate her life. Take good care of yourselves as you heal. Let others console and comfort you. We’re all here for you.
St. Mark 11:24 states: “Therefore I say unto you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.”
With Our Deepest Condolences,

Viv and I shared so much together. We had a spiritual kinship that grew over the years. We were not sisters by birth, but God allowed us to be sisters in the heart. I am grateful and blessed for our friendship. You are truly going to be missed! I know God has a plan…you are with your baby boy Zavi!!!!
Crenshaw/Taylor Family – Those we love can never be more than a thought away. Wishing each of you peace to bring comfort, the courage to face the days ahead and loving memories to hold forever in your heart.

Lyndia, there are no words that I can say that will express my sorrow in the home going of my Soror LaVivian. Know that you, LaVivian’s husband, your husband and the entire family are in my thoughts and prayers. May God carry, comfort and keep you through this very difficult journey.

To the Taylor-Crenshaw Family. My deepest condolences in the passing of LaVivian. Whenever we saw each other, we would always show our Sorority Pride – She being an AKA and me a Delta! We had mutual respect as she put her pinky up and I put my pyramid triangle up! LOL!!! I will miss her smile and running into her at Wal-mart! I leave you with these words: Those we love must someday pass beyond our present sight; Must leave us and the world we know without their radiant light; but we know that like a candle, their lovely light will shine to brighten up another place, more perfect more divine. And in the realm of Heaven, where their light shines so bright, our loved ones live forevermore in God’s Eternal Light! Peace and Blessings.
LaVivian, was such a beautiful person inside as well as out and will be truly missed
May God continue to bless the Taylor/Crenshaw family in this time
