Linda Fae Simpson Berry was born on September 23, 1950, in Los Angeles, California, to Arthur Mack King and Addie Jean King. She was the embodiment of grace, strength, and unwavering love.

During her early years, the family relocated to Fort Worth, Texas, where Linda attended and proudly graduated from Paul Laurence Dunbar High School, Class of 1969. Her vibrant spirit and dedication to family were evident throughout her life.

Linda was united in marriage to Ricky Berry, her devoted husband of 20 years. She leaves behind a legacy of love in her son Paul King, and her cherished granddaughter, Kayla Taylor, whom she considered her greatest gift,and daughter Iris King. Her memory will also live on in the hearts of numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.

She was preceded in death by her beloved parents and two dear sisters, Breanda Joyce Simpson and Thelma Simpson.

Linda’s warmth, faith, and compassion touched all who knew her. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
