5. I was one of the 1st TP&L lineman to transfer over to Ft Worth from Irving when TP&L TESCO DP&L joined together to make TU Electric! Being new to NSC I remembered Otis was one of only a few guys that didn’t try to bully me like most of the TESCO/NSC Boys tried too. Otis and I worked many hours together as journeymen linemen on the same crew. We both taught each other different ways of doing line work. I respected his knowledge of line work. I was lucky to become Otis’s lead lineman when he became a crew foreman! Otis was a top notch crew foreman, he lead his crews with kindness & passion but he was firm and you knew where he stood on safety, which I had the upmost respect for his dedication to safety. As Otis moved up in the company so did I. I copied a lot of Otis’s leeds on how to treat my crew once I became crew foreman. Otis and I plus all the guys enjoyed his company his laugh was awesome and his actions were one of a kind. Otis the guys and I partied a lot, I could tell you some stories but it would take hours to tell all of them. Otis and I lost contact as he moved up in the company and going to different services centers. We would run into each other at meetings and laughed at all the crazy and good times we had! Please accept my Deepest Sympathy! Otis was a special man. I will always cherish the memories we had. He was someone you wanted to be your friend and one you would be proud to call a dear friend!

6. Our cherished and abundantly loved family member , my cousin OTIS WAYNE ANGTON has gone on before us to transend our space and time to be held in God’s hand and memory. Eventhough we will miss his awsome smile that he always gave me,and
   kind spirit he always had, I will cherish
   the memories of last Family Reunion, where as a united family we bonded and felt at home. Now he does not have this earthly toil and struggle any more. To see his unique light again is my hope. For the family let us suport one another with love and hold on to God’s Grace and love.
