Marcus “M.C.” Dwayne Newton was born August 1, 1981, to the parentage of Dwayne Newton, of Bryan, Texas and Charlotte Snow-Davis, of Fort Worth, Texas. He was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas, where he attended and graduated from Paul Laurence Dunbar High School. He completed two years at DeVry University.

 He worked for 5 years with Minyards on Meadowbrook Drive. He was a fan of many sports, mainly supporting the Washington Redskins, Dallas Mavericks and Texas Rangers. Marcus was a family man and server of his community. He attended Morningside Missionary Baptist Church, under Pastor Kenneth Walton.

 Marcus “M.C.” Dwayne Newton was called home on Friday, January 12, 2018. Upon his arrival, he was greeted by  his grandparents, Raymond Snow, Sr., Willie C. Snow and Earnest Newton and cousins, Princes E. Grays, Roger S. Grays, Ishmail Fletcher and Marcus Sims.

 He leaves to cherish his memories: his parents, Dwayne Newton and spouse Tonya Richard of Bryan and Charlotte Snow-Davis and spouse Willie of Fort Worth; his stepmother, Gloria Newton of Fort Worth; his beloved children, Marcus Newton, II., MarCal D. Newton and LaCaley M. Newton and spouse LaToya Jones; paternal grandmother, Eva Newton and spouse Dolly of Bryan; his siblings, Dwayne Newton, Antonio Lee-Spencer, Sabrina West and spouse Kenneth and Albert Bevels and spouse Tia; a special friend, Andrea Warren and a host of aunts, uncles, family and friends.
