I had the pleasure of getting to know Novel for the past year and a half. I am heartbroken to hear of his passing. My son and I looked forward to giving him a fist bump each morning as he crossed us across the street to school. He called out my son’s name every time we saw him and it was such a joy to see him. He had the biggest smile and was always so positive! Made our morning. We’re going to miss his kind soul. Rest easy Novel. <3
