Hi my dear brother! Many years have past by and you were the perfect Dad to your children, and you will be truly missed. Tell Jimbo hello for us, and that one day we will all be together and rejoicing in the Lord. Those of us left down here have an opportunity to get it right with GOD while he has blessed another day of fresh air. You were tired while in your last days, but now you are resting in the arms of Jesus. We know those that believe that this is not the end of the journey, heaven is our goal and if we live right, heaven belongs to each of us! Larry was a friend and co-worker for many at the UNT Health Science Center here in Fort Worth. He was always so endearing and fun to talk to especially regarding a first edition book he purchased at a book sale here years ago. I would often kid him about it which would really get him laughing. I really missed him after he retired last year and was sad to hear of his passing yesterday. He was a brother in Christ so I look forward to seeing him again some day. In Christ, Bob Short.
