Sparks you will be missed dearly! Prayers for peace and comfort to Paige and family. You’ve won your race. RIP Sparks. Your friend and fellow Como teacher Musenda
My condolences to her family and friends. I attended Huston-Tillison College with Elizabeth and it was a five dollar ride home on Fridays at 12 noon and back on Sundays after church she remained my loyal friend and I will dearly miss her .

Dear entire sparks family , my deepest condolences go out to the entire Sparks family.Paige I pray for added strength for you during this sad time.LIz was a jewel. She will truly be missed.
To the Sparks Family, from the Wheaton Family:
Liz was a part of our family in every way. The majority of any family functions we had, she was there. No one could tell Liz she was not a Wheaton. Her smile and laughter will be missed. Liz was such a loving, giving, woman of God. As an educator, Liz poured so much knowledge and love into children through the years. There are so many things I could say, but, I’ll end my condolences by saying, “To God Be The Glory for lending such a Woman as Liz Sparks to the world.” Our prayers are with you family!
Sparks was my friend. I met her at Como Elementary many years ago and we’ve been friends ever since. I spent hours in her room after school working and laughing for years! I can’t remember anytime with her that wasn’t filled with laughter. She added joy to life everywhere she went. We remained friends even after I left Como at our “Book Club” meetings every Friday with Brenda and LaTreace where we talked about life, work, and everything you could think of at the time. I know she was ready, but her passing is hard to accept. My friend. I pray peace over her entire family. She is missed.
Sending our heartfelt Condolences and Love.Praying you Peace, Comfort, Strength, and more Love today and days to come.May you never forget and Cherish the Great Memories of your Love One. May all caring Almighty God soothe your soul and continue to keep you in his Loving Care.
Blessings
Ms. Sparks
What can I say she was an awesome person I think when I first met her we connected because we both we’re straight forward and said it just like it needed it to be said. I wanted my son in her class cause I felt she could be very stern like I was and I loved that, she taught ol’ school anyways Liz was loved by my family she’s my Aunt Latrrice best friend and my Mom omg her and my Mom could talk for hours well they can really talk now(smiling) my kids Loved them some Ms. Sparks they knew if I didn’t get them she would 😂 Lol cause that’s just who Liz was. The last time I seen Liz was at My Granny’s burial site and we talk laughed I think we we’re the last to leave and I told her I love her and she said it back and I said now don’t let this be the last time I see you at someone’s funeral, and she said “Ah girl it ain’t” Over the course of the death of my Granny she and I had been talking and she had told me some personal stuff about somethings she had going on with her, but thought everything was ok until I heard she had passed and it hit me hard I was in disbelief that my friend was gone… to her family Most of all Paige her daughter may God carry you through these heartbreaking times and May he shield your hearts and keep his loving arms around you & my family will continue to pray for you and yours

We just heard of Ms Sparks passing The Hernandez family sends a belated condolences to the Sparks family Liz was a great teacher she would stand her ground on her teaching I can recall at preparation days before school, she would call for my assistance to hang a nail on the wall or move desk I read one comment that she was old school and she was that and more She had influenced children’s education for over 40 years Teaching her first class, then later teaching their children and Grandchildren What a legacy, what devotion and love for teaching We will miss her
