As I pulled into the gym parking lot yesterday, suddenly Carlin came to my mind. I told my wife that when I make it back home, I have to pay my respects to my friend. Last night, my friend came to me in my dream. I was talking to my brother on the phone when he walked in the room. I called his name and he turned to look at me but he didn’t say a word. I got up, hunged him and told him I Love him. As I walked away, I told him when I get up there, I’m going to dunk on his ass and we both laughed. Neither one of us could dunk but ever since we were kids at church and at Dunbar, we always would talk shit together. I was upset I couldn’t go to his funeral but I’m at peace now. Rest In Power King and I meant what I said😊
