I have very fond memories with Billy during our time working together. Thoughts and prayers to family.
Billy was a great friend and as fine a man as I have ever had the pleasure to know. I have lots of great memories of working and traveling together. I had the true pleasure of working with him in the FtW POA and CLEAT. He was a champion of Officers rights and benefits. His contribution to Fort Worth Officers and Officers across the state will go on forever. I will miss him the rest of my life. Kelly I am very sorry that I will not be able to attend this weekend, I must be out of town. But Im sure you know how much Billy meant to me. God bless. Lee
Kelly & family you have my Deepest Sympathy. Praying for you & the family.
Billy was one of the finest men I knew, a great father and husband. I dont ever remember not seeing him without a smile and always had a kind word.
I was fortunate to have worked with him.in multiple areas in the city. Billy will be greatly missed. Kelly you and the boys are in my prayers.
I’ll never forget Billy Ray (that’s what I Liked to call him when I would see him). I was blessed to have met a person like Billy Ray in my lifetime. He was truly one of the good guys! His smile will be missed.
Billy made our world a better place and his exemplary character was inspiring.
Godspeed Billy Gray.
Billy was a fine man & a great officer. He always had a smile on his face. RIP
