Though I didn’t know him Keymon seamed like a good guy and I am sorry for your loss.
He was a great friend and influence to me while I knew him. I can still hear his laugh and him saying “ your weird” 😂I miss him and wish I could’ve said goodbye
What a sweet young man with a ready smile and a friendly greeting. We enjoyed going to church with him before we moved and I will miss seeing his happy face and genuine testimony. He was and is an inspiration. Praying for the family during this difficult time.
He was a great friend of mine. A few months back I’d made up my mind to send him and others a text message to see how Bible College is going. The last time my wife and I saw him was at our district camp this past month. I remember every conversation and more than anything his love for lost souls. As I left the campground I sent the boys a text message telling them that it was nice seeing them again. His last reply and words to me were: “It was good seeing you brother, keep laboring for Jesus”. It’s hard to realize, but he’s in a better place now. Till we see each other again my brother. I’ll keep laboring Jesus, just like you told me.
I’m so glad Keymon didn’t leave any doubts in our minds as to where he is! I had just visited with him on the last Sunday night of SW Camp, less than a week before the accident. As always, he was so kind, genuine and a great friend! I will miss him but so glad he has made the crossing and is safe with Jesus forever! The words of the song, ‘Finally Home’ have been going through my mind as I have reflected on Keymon’s passing:
But just think of stepping on shore-And finding it Heaven!
Of touching a hand-And finding it God’s!
Of breathing new air-And finding it celestial!
Of waking up in glory-And finding it home!
I will meet you there, Keymon!
Keymon was one of my favorites. I told him so, and he got the biggest smile on his face. He would come into the bookstore where I worked and look at a certain book and say, “I’m gonna buy this someday.” I was hoping he wouldn’t so I could give it to him for a graduation present. His big smile and his genuine testimony will be missed at our church. We loved having Keymon at Coal Valley First Bible Missionary Church, but someday we will worship together again around God’s throne in Heaven.
Wassup cuz Happy New Years champ, ima try to keep it presentable but you kno how i talk mann lol… remember u asked why i always curse when i talk n i said cuz mann i cant help it n u told me im something else , i never went in deep thought about it till after the day of your service n i seen how connected you were with the man up there! It all make since cuz u stood on business wen it came to what you believed in .. but the “MONEY” ive known all my life was literally the other half of me .. born a day apart next door rooms from eachother 10/25 & 10/26 was my twin , i wish i would have made it down sooner to actually take in what youve been tryna get in my ear but ever since u left ive been a building a bond with god not even he can break! Want you to keep me woken to this world & to the words of the man.. i miss yu dawgg fareal! Went n seen Teedy recently n it felt to great , i was getting chills looking at the pictures but im knowing you never left , u just entered the next stag of life n im proud to say “i know god let u in with no hesitation “ you never forgotten babyboy keep watching over the family cuz its not easy but knowing you’re here spiritually will always water the plants each day to grow.. love you champ -Manny
